Before making a complaint please be sure that you have tried the following steps first:- 1: Report the matter to a Local Duty Manager or if available the Arena Manager. When reporting complaints please ensure you have the name of the member of staff you reported the matter to.
2: Please give the Arena Manager sufficient time to take action on your complaint.
3: Ensure that our customer feedback form does not cover the matter.
